Shipping Information
Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday, and any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed with FedEx Next Day Air shipping on Friday will not be delivered on Saturday. These orders will be scheduled for delivery by FedEx on Monday. Please note that FedEx Express shipments do not deliver on weekends, as those are not official business days for these services.
Most orders process and ship within two business days; however, please be aware that orders shipped to a second address may take slightly longer to process and ship. Most orders are shipped from CloudFit Shoes in New York, NY; however, some larger items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you.
Take Advantage of Free Shipping!
We offer free Super Saver shipping on most orders of $75 or more shipping within the Continental U.S. There are still a few restrictions, including ball machines, balls, and court equipment. Please see our Shipping Restrictions section for a complete list. We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time, our free ground shipping offer is not available for customers in Hawaii and Alaska.
Tracking
When available, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping carriers may take 24-48 hours to update their tracking systems and show accurate tracking data. Canada Shipping Packaging
Normally, orders for 1 to 3 pairs of shoes will not be shipped in an additional box. In an effort to reduce cardboard usage and shipping weight, the shoes will be wrapped in black plastic. If you require a cardboard box, you can call or email us to request the box, and we will do our best to ship according to your request.
Inclement Weather
We do our best to ensure that every package ships and arrives at its final destination as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, extreme or inclement weather, such as snow and ice, may impact our service and disrupt the transportation networks of our couriers. In these instances, packages may be delayed as couriers may be unable to complete delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work with our dedicated couriers to ensure that packages are delivered quickly and safely.

Tennis Balls
Due to the size and weight of cases of balls, not all tennis balls qualify for flat-rate shipping or our free shipping specials. Shipping charges for cases of balls vary based on the quantity of balls ordered and the shipping destination. Exact shipping charges will be reflected at checkout.
