Need to return or exchange something?
Please email us at info@cloudfitshoes.com or call us at +1-646-553-0938. A member of our customer service team will assist you with your needs. You will be provided with a return authorization number OR a prepaid return label. Please note, if your order qualifies for free returns, you do NOT need a Return Authorization Number.
Return Policy
All returns must be unused and in 100% brand new condition.

Packaging Shoes: You were provided with a white bag to make returning your shoes easier. Please place your shoebox into this bag. If you have a return label, place it on the white bag; or, write your RMA number on the outside of the bag and use the carrier of your choice to send it back.

Packaging Other Items: If your items were sent in a box other than a shoebox, you may simply return the items in the box. Place your return label on the box or write your RMA number on the outside of the box. If your items were sent in a bag, simply re-tape the bag, place your return label or RMA number on the outside of the bag. If you aren’t provided with a return label, you may use the carrier of your choice to send back your items.

Timeframe: All returns must be made within 30 days of the original order date and may be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment (i.e., if you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card).

Late Returns: Any approved returns received after 30 days from the original order date may be exchanged or receive store credit. Store credits expire one year from the original order date.

Shipping Costs: The original shipping charge and return shipping costs are not refunded.

Processing Time: Please allow 2 business days for us to process your return.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or there was a warehouse error.

APO/FPO and international orders: Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses and locations outside of the U.S. (including Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) do not qualify for free return shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping in these cases.
How to Package Your Return
All returns must be properly packaged. Improperly packaged returns will be refused. Please send returns in an envelope, wrap them in brown paper or other wrapping material, or use a box that is not a shoe box. Please properly pad your racquet to ensure that it isn’t damaged during the return shipment. If you have any questions about packaging your return, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Shoes: When trying on new shoes, please wear them indoors only, preferably on carpet or soft surfaces. Shoes must be returned with no signs of wear such as dirt, scuffing, or sock fuzz.

Racquets: Racquets must be in 100% brand new condition, including the plastic on the grip handle. Once the plastic has been removed, the racquet is no longer in brand new condition. For all racquets strung by CloudFit Shoes, a $9 stringer’s fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee does not apply to pre-strung or unstrung racquet orders.

Apparel: Apparel must be unwashed and unworn with all original tags attached.

Electronics: All electronics (e.g., sport watches, heart rate monitors, etc.) should be returned exactly as received and should not be tested.

Accessories: Packages containing strings, grips, or similar items must be returned unopened.

Nutrition Products: Returns for nutrition products are only accepted for unopened items.
Return Instructions
To obtain your Return Authorization (RA) number, please contact our customer service team at +1-646-553-0938 or email info@cloudfitshoes.com. Our customer service team is available Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST) and Saturday, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM (EST).
Please write your RA number on the outside of the package and on all enclosed paperwork. Include a brief note with your return stating the reason for the return or exchange, and what you would like us to do. For example, a note as simple as “Do not want. Refund.” is perfectly fine.
Important Note for Packaging
We ask that you avoid using the original shoe box when returning your shoes. This is because we need the original shoe box in sellable condition. Please wrap the shoe box in brown paper or use a different box to ship your return. If the original box is damaged or marked, we may reject your return.
Shipping and Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or there was an error in our warehouse. If you need to return an item due to any of these reasons, please contact us to discuss return shipping. We recommend insuring your package in case it gets lost in transit.
Free Return Shipping
If your order qualifies for free returns (indicated by "Shop Confidently with FREE RETURNS" on our website), you will receive a prepaid return label. Please note, CloudFit Shoes reserves the right to discontinue free return shipping if your orders and returns show a pattern of frequent returns, including excessive ordering and returning.
Changes and Cancellations
We strive to accommodate any changes or cancellations you request. However, our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to process orders quickly and efficiently, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.
